Prof. Lydia Gr\\u00fcn, Pr\\u00e4sidentin des Deutschen Musikrats, ist seit Oktober 2022 Pr\\u00e4sidentin der Hochschule f\\u00fcr Musik und Theater M\\u00fcnchen. Zuvor lehrte sie als Professorin f\\u00fcr Musikvermittlung an der Hochschule f\\u00fcr Musik Detmold und war dort stellvertretende Gleichstellungsbeauftragte. Von 2017 bis 2021 wirkte sie als Expertin im Rat f\\u00fcr Kulturelle Bildung. Als Gesch\\u00e4ftsf\\u00fchrerin des Netzwerk Junge Ohren\\u00a0e.V.\\u00a0engagierte sie sich von 2013 bis 2019 f\\u00fcr die Bedeutung von Musik in einer vielf\\u00e4ltigen Gesellschaft. Zuvor war sie von 2008 bis 2012 als Referentin f\\u00fcr Musik und stellv. Referatsleiterin im Nieders\\u00e4chsischen Ministerium f\\u00fcr Wissenschaft und Kultur und zudem seit 2011 als Gesch\\u00e4ftsf\\u00fchrerin der Musikland Niedersachsen\\u00a0gGmbH\\u00a0t\\u00e4tig. Sie studierte Musikwissenschaft, Publizistik, Kommunikationswissenschaften und Journalistik in Leipzig und Berlin.
